TELL US ABOUT YOUR STUDY/PRACTICE?

I am currently in my third year at Elam, where I study Fine Art. In terms of my conceptual practice, I am intrigued by souvenirs of a personal history and the way that material treatment of these objects or memories can negotiate their position from private to a public sphere. I'm interested in the idea of the intangible becoming tangible and the non-existent or no-longer-existent regaining its physicality.

WHO ARE YOUR TOP INFLUENTIAL ARTISTS AT THE MOMENT?

I've been looking at painters such as Raoul de Keyser and Marlene Dumas, as well as Auckland based artist, Nick Austin. WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN?

For fun I like to read Nigel Slater and Lemony Snicket. I watch Naruto, and I eat out with my friends a lot too.
